Our mission is to transition student athletes from recreational basketball to elite basketball competition.

All kids mature and develop in different ways and at different times. We believe kids need playing time, with instruction, to improve as basketball players. Illinois Flight will serve as the basketball academy for the Illinois Raptors basketball program.The Academy provides year round opportunities for boys and girls players in grades 3rd-8th, and spring/summer basketball for players in 9-12th grade. For athletes who were not selected for the Illinois Raptors, we offer the opportunity to develop their skills and confidence to afford them the possibility of making such a team once their game has matured.The MAC, as always, is committed to developing student athletes. While developing Illinois Flight,The MAC’s purpose was to insure that more student athletes could  participate in competitive basketball. With that in mind we are offering this program for only $350.00.

Illinois Flight will compete in local traveling tournaments and/or leagues. Each team is guaranteed to compete in 20 games each season, with the option to purchase additional practices and games.
